Ram Services Limited was engaged by the client to carry out exhaustive remedial works to the existing pre-cast sections of the existing terraces.
Problem:
Stadium maintenance of an English Premier League football club, with core works undertaken post completion of the season in the summer months.
Works had to be managed alongside further sub-contractors and in direct proximity of the playing surface, which required acute site management from our delivery team.

- Contract crane lift activities
- Remedial works to the existing steel components to the pre-cast sections
- Concrete repairs in accordance with BS EN 1504
- Structural waterproofing
- Re-installation of the pre-cast sections
- Sealant works
- Protective coating works
